Dr. Tasha Morris is a board-certified Psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical practice. She earned her MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed her residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center with a fellowship at NYU School of Medicine. She served as an Instructor in Psychiatry at Dartmouth Medical School and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at UW-Harborview Medical Center.

Dr. Jonathan Downar is a renowned neuroscientist and Co-Director of the TMS Clinic at University Health Network, one of North America’s leading TMS clinics. Dr. Downar has directed dozens of TMS clinical studies, and his work has been published in numerous high-impact international research journals. He is often a keynote speaker at international TMS and other brain stimulation conferences and is highly regarded as a world-leading expert on TMS.

Dr. Nick Weiss is a board-certified Psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical practice. He earned his undergrad degree at Yale and his MD from Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency and fellowship at UC San Francisco, where he also served as Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinics. Other positions include UW-Harborview, Seattle Children’s, and Acting Assistant Professor at the University of Washington.

Dr. Meghan O’Neil is a board-certified Psychiatrist with over 15 years of clinical practice. She earned her MD from University of California, Los Angeles and completed her residency at the University of Washington along with a fellowship in addiction psychiatry. Dr. O’Neil also holds a PhD in Neuroscience from UCLA and has been an avid researcher, lecturer, and publisher throughout her career. She is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Jessica Jajesnica is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who joined NeuroStim in the summer of 2018. She earned her BSN from Viterbo University, her MSN & PMHNP from the University of Washington, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice at WSU. She spent her first 11 years in medicine with the US Army, including time at Madigan Army Hospital at JBLM, followed by 10 years in the private sector at Fairfax Hospital in Kirkland, WA.

Tracie Ross is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her BSN from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, followed by her Master in Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis. She attended Vanderbilt University for her Master of Science in Nursing (PMHNP). She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospitals and clinics, working with both military and civilian patient populations.

Matt Kilgore is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). His prior work history includes work in cardiac care, acute care, and acute inpatient detoxification units with a sub-specialty in mental healthcare. Matt earned his Bachelor’s in Biology, his Master of Science (MSN), and his Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) all from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.

Power Capote is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has 17 years of extensive healthcare experience, including ten years as an RN and seven years as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Power’s experience includes medication management, IOP/PHP programs, substance abuse programs and TMS Therapy. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN-PMHNP) from Florida International University and is fluent in Spanish.

Courtney Yant is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN from Washington State University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP-PMHNP) from Pacific Lutheran University. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she was a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Northwest Integrated Health and Restore Mental Health. Courtney is a clinical preceptor for PMHNP students from Pacific Northwest University and Pacific Lutheran University.

Megan Foster is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over a decade of healthcare experience as both an RN and ARNP, which includes multiple clinic leadership roles in her specialty practice areas of neurology and psychiatry. Megan earned her BSN in Nursing from Washington State University and her Masters in Nursing (MSN-PMHNP) from Walden University in 2020. Megan completed advanced TMS training through the Clinical TMS Society’s PULSES course. 

Brooke Marino is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN at Georgetown University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP-PMHNP) from the University of San Diego. She started working with TMS in 2018 and has spent the bulk of her career working in interventional psychiatry. As one of the early adopters of accelerated TMS, Brooke has helped deliver thousands of accelerated TMS treatments to patients across the country.

Madison serves as Director of Clinical Operations. Maddi joined NeuroStim in 2018 and has held multiple positions over the past 7 years, including TMS Technician, TMS Coordinator, and Clinical Operations Manager prior to her current role. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Biology and minor in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University and continued her education earning her Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from Western Governors University.   

Madeleine joined NeuroStim in 2020. She is a certified TMS Technician, Clinic Coordinator,
and Clinic Compliance Supervisor.
She obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University. While at PLNU, she developed a research project for mental health that focused on treating anxiety, which included 100 PLNU students. She is passionate about mental health and plans to pursue her PhD in Psychology in the future.                                                                         

Hannah joined NeuroStim in 2021 and has held multiple positions with the company including TMS Technician, Lead TMS Tech, Clinic Coordinator and North-end Area Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Western Washington University, where she was also a four-year collegiate softball player. Hannah joined NeuroStim with 4 years of medical field experience, working as a doctor’s assistant and as a clinical administrator for PPMA (Private Physician’s Medical Association).

Brooke joined NeuroStim in the spring of 2023, initially as a Clinic Coordinator for our Lakewood-Tacoma clinic. She holds multiple positions with the company, including South-end Area Manager and also holds the role of Credentialing Specialist. She joined NeuroStim with eight years of
prior experience in the medical field, including various roles in
patient care, medical billing and administration.   

 

Kim is a certified TMS Technician and Clinic Coordinator. She holds an Associates of Arts and a Bachelor’s from the University of Washington, where she also spent time as a research assistant. Kim joined NeuroStim in the fall of 2021 with three years of prior clinical experience, including working as an ABA Therapist and as a TMS Technician administering TMS with Brainsway devices.

Ashleigh joined NeuroStim in early 2023 to help successfully launch NeuroStim in Spokane. Prior to joining NeuroStim, her
background includes nearly 5
years working in neurology and psychiatry, including prior experience as a TMS Technician and Clinical Administrator, demonstrating her deep commitment and expertise in mental health care.

Amanda serves as Clinic Coordinator at our Seattle clinic location. She has over ten years of experience in the medical field, most recently working in Sleep Medicine and with DME equipment. She holds an Associate of Science in Business from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA, and a Bachelor of Science from Western Governors University.     
                                          

McKenzie is our Spokane Clinic Coordinator. She has excelled in various positions within NeuroStim, including the role of TMS Technician and Lead TMS Technician. Before joining NeuroStim she brought with her two years of experience in behavioral health and neurology. McKenzie’s positive attitude is infectious, and she leads with compassion and clinical excellence every day.

Jennifer is our Lakewood Clinic Coordinator. With nearly a decade of clinical and administrative expertise, her work in multi-disciplinary environments include pain management, urology, neurology, orthopedics, cardiology, and dental operations. She brings extensive business office and practice management experience along with her robust leadership skills.                                                   

Erica serves as our Bellingham Clinic Coordinator. She has ten years of diverse administrative experience. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she held roles such as Office Manager, Financial Coordinator within Family Dentistry, and Executive Assistant to Vice President at a Healthcare organization. Her formal education is in the fields of Accounting and Early Childhood Education.                

Becky serves as our Vancouver Clinic Coordinator. She brings a broad range of experience in administrative support. Prior to joining NeuroStim she held roles such as Front Office Coordinator in Optometry, Office Administrator for a wellness clinic, and Student Success Facilitator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Sonoma State University.                                                                                          

Muriel joined NeuroStim in 2020 to serve as a Clinic Coordinator. Before her current position as a Patient Intake Coordinator, she also held positions as a certified TMS Technician and TMS Specialist. Prior to NeuroStim, she had many years working in healthcare administration and direct patient care in other care continuums, with a focus on those struggling with anxiety and depression.                              

Jess joined NeuroStim in 2022 and has excelled in various roles within our organization including TMS Technician, Lead TMS Technician, and is now serving as our Medication Management Intake Coordinator. Prior to her tenure at NeuroStim, Jess spent over ten years of diverse experience across several industries, including patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant, medical billing, education, and hospitality.      

Hannah is one of our Arizona-based Clinic Coordinators. She joined NeuroStim in the fall of 2024 with 8 years of prior healthcare experience. She began her career as a Medical Assistant in family and sports medicine, followed by urgent care. Just prior to NeuroStim, she spent 6 years at OrthoArizona in senior admin roles. She holds certificates from Pima Medical Institute and AAPC (Billing & Coding). 

Shauna serves as our Bellevue Clinic Coordinator. She joined NeuroStim in the fall of 2024 with 6 years of prior experience in the medical and dental fields. Her prior positions include both clinical and administrative roles in family medicine, prosthetics, and orthodontics.  Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.                                                 

Crystal is a certified TMS Technician and Relationship Manager. She is passionate about health & wellness and has over 20 years of experience as a certified physical trainer, counselor, ministry leader, and life coach. She spent 10 years as a YoungLife Leader and still mentors HS and college students. Her undergrad education was at Seattle Pacific University.                                                                              

Jonathan is a certified TMS Technician and has performed over 5,000 TMS Treatments. He served in the US Army for 4 years and upon departing the military earned his Associate degree in Applied Science & Health. He later became a Pharmacy Technician, where he practiced in a Lacey pharmacy for 3 years. Jonathan’s extensive work within the pharmacological industry sparked his interest in neurostimulation treatment.

Benjamin is a certified TMS Technician for our South-end region. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Washington University, where he was a member of the Psychophysiological Research Team, and member of Psi Chi Honor Society. His extensive background with volunteering and mentorship makes him a valuable asset to our NeuroStim culture.                                                                

Nate is a certified TMS Technician. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University. Prior to joining NeuroStim, he worked in the Physical Therapy field as a PT technician and rehabilitation specialist. Nate was a standout multi-sport varsity athlete in high school and is still active in the community as a personal trainer and youth football coach in Pierce County.

Marissa is a certified TMS Technician. She holds a national certification as a Psychiatric Technician through NAMI. With a decade of experience in healthcare, she brings extensive expertise to NeuroStim with notable prior roles as a forensic phlebotomist and mobile donor care specialist. She is enrolled at Oregon State University, majoring in Clinical Psychology and Criminal Justice.  

Whitley is a certified TMS Technician and serves as NeuroStim’s South End Float Technician. She is a graduate of Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She joined NeuroStim with various experience including retail, mentorship, intensive outpatient case management and care coordination.    
                                         

Sawyer is a certified TMS Tech. He majored in Neuroscience and minored in Chemistry and Biology at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to NeuroStim, he worked for Macalester College First Aid and Seattle Children’s Institute. He also volunteers at Big Brothers and Sisters and the Seattle Youth Education. Sawyer will be attending med school at UW in the fall of 2025.  

Mandy is a certified TMS Technician with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois. Her prior experience in the medical field includes roles as an EMT-B, Medical Assistant, and Patient Care Technician. Mandy also has a strong research background as a research assistant in developmental psychobiology and as a lab manager in legal psychology.   

Rocky is a certified TMS Technician. He joined NeuroStim in the winter of 2023 with over 10 years of prior healthcare experience working with vulnerable patient populations. As a former Lead Recovery Technician within a large addiction rehabilitation and mental health treatment center, Rocky is a stellar advocate for his TMS patients.    
             

Julia is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim with prior TMS experience as a former TMS Specialist with Greenbrook TMS in Portland, OR. She is certified and experienced with both NeuroStar and BrainsWay TMS devices. Julia earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.                                   

Audrey is a certified TMS Technician at our thriving Olympia clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Audrey brings valuable clinical experience as a Phlebotomist and Drug Screening Specialist within the Department of Health Services, coupled with managerial expertise.                            

Kaitlyn is a certified TMS Technician at our Spokane Valley clinic. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she held roles as a Behavioral Health Counselor within Eating Recovery, a Teacher’s Assistant for WSU’s psychology courses, and an Executive Assistant within the Pharma space. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from WSU and plans to pursue a Masters in the future.

Tikvah is a certified TMS Technician. Tikvah brings experience across multidisciplinary environments such as Radiology, ER, Hospital Admitting, and Patient Care Coordinator in the Physical Therapy space. Tikvah has an Associate of Arts from Pierce College in Puyallup Washington, along with a Certificate in Crime Analysis and Investigations from Pierce College.   

Brielle is a certified TMS Technician. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she served on staff at UVA as a group fitness instructor and was part of UVA’s Powerlifting Team, recently placing in the ‘Top 10’ at USAPL Collegiate Nationals.                                                 

Giuliana is a certified TMS Technician. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gonzaga University, with special interests in Cognitive Neuroscience, Clinical Neuropsychology, and extensive research and lab work. She is bilingual in both Spanish and English. With excellent customer service skills and volunteer experience, Giuliana brings many skills to the TMS treatment rooms.

Jong is a certified TMS Technician. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Physiology from the University of Washington-Seattle Campus with a special interest and exposure in the Rehabilitative space within post-acute care and SNF environments. Prior to joining NeuroStim, he held a previous role as a PT Aide, was a lead swim instructor, and a floor manager in the serving industry.

Emily is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in the summer of 2024 to help launch our clinic in Vancouver, WA. She brings healthcare experience, sales, and service industry skills with her. She has held roles such as Intake Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, Lead Concierge, Marketing Coordinator and Life Enrichment Assistant with a respected assisted living brand.

Alyssa is a certified TMS Technician. he joined NeuroStim with over a decade of clinical experience as a CNA and a Licensed Esthetician, including roles as a Customer Success Manager and Administrative Coordinator.  Alyssa has a mission to help her patients reach their goals. She holds an associate’s degree in Arts & Humanities from Santa Barbara City College.

Caitlyn is a certified TMS Technician. She has a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Western Washington University, a Minor in Biology, Psychology, and Honored interdisciplinary studies. Prior to joining NeuroStim in the summer of 2024, Caitlyn had prior healthcare experience with medical scribing and extensive experience with lab work and research. 

Brittany is a certified TMS Technician. She has a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior along with a Minor in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton Florida. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she had previous experience working as a Clinical Researcher and as a Lead Neurotechnican delivering Neurofeedback Therapy and TMS in Florida.

Sara is a certified TMS Technician. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and brings valuable patient care coordination and administrative experience to our team. Prior to joining NeuroStim she worked as a Care Coordinator for Bridging Care Social Services and as a Patient Care Coordinator in the physical therapy field in King and Pierce counties.

Hannah is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in the summer of 2024 and currently works in our Spokane and Spokane Valley clinics.  She brings direct patient care experience with her in previous roles as a Lead Technician and Phlebotomy Trainer.  She is also a certified Sports Medicine online coach and enjoys photography and weight training in her off time.

Janice is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in the fall of 2024 with prior experience working in behavioral health as a Registered Behavior Technician and as a Certified Patient Care Assistant for Banner Baywood Medical Center in the Neuroscience department. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.
