Chris O’Brien is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and decorated U.S. Army veteran, having completed two combat tours in Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division. He brings extensive experience in trauma, PTSD, and veteran mental health, with clinical training in VA and correctional settings. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has served in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, as well as in nursing education.

Jeff Kessler is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has 15 years of extensive healthcare experience, including nine years as an RN and six years as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He has over 10 years working with the Veterans Health Administration in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He earned his BSN from The College of St. Benedict & St. John’s University and his Doctor of Nursing Practice from The College of St. Scholastica.

Crystal has been with NeuroStim since 2018, and has served as a TMS Technician, TMS Specialist, Relationship Manager, and Design Engineer. She is passionate about health & wellness and has over 25 years of experience as a certified physical trainer, counselor, ministry leader, and life coach. She spent 10 years as a YoungLife Leader and still mentors HS and college students. Her undergrad education was at Seattle Pacific University.

Angela joined NeuroStim in 2022, initially as a Clinic Coordinator for our Bellevue clinic, and has returned as Regional Manager for Minnesota. Angela brings years of extensive experience in program management, provider development, and clinical operations. Angela holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Washington State University. 

Madeleine joined NeuroStim in 2020 and has held multiple positions with the company including TMS Technician, Clinic Coordinator, and Clinic Compliance Supervisor. In her current role as Lead Coordinator, she works cross-departmentally as the senior lead in our Admissions and Insurance departments. She obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and plans to pursue her PhD in Psychology in the future.

Amanda is an Admissions Coordinator following her successful prior service as Clinic Coordinator at our Seattle clinic location. She has over ten years of experience in the medical field, most recently working in Sleep Medicine and with DME equipment. She holds an Associate of Science in Business from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA, and a Bachelor of Science from Western Governors University.

Ashleigh joined NeuroStim in early 2023 to help successfully launch NeuroStim in Spokane. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she held multiple positions in healthcare, including nearly 5 years working in neurology and psychiatry. She also had prior experience as a TMS Technician and Clinical Administrator, demonstrating her deep commitment and expertise in mental health care.

Hannah is one of our Arizona-based Clinic Coordinators. She joined NeuroStim in the
fall of 2024 with 8 years of prior healthcare experience. She began her career as a Medical Assistant in family and sports medicine, followed by urgent care. Just prior to NeuroStim, she spent 6 years at OrthoArizona in senior administrative roles. She holds certificates from Pima Medical Institute and AAPC (Billing & Coding).

Caitlyn is our Seattle Clinic Coordinator and is a certified TMS Technician. She has a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience
from Western Washington University, a Minor in Biology, Psychology, and Honored interdisciplinary studies. Caitlyn joined NeuroStim in summer 2024, bringing prior healthcare experience in medical scribing as well as extensive lab and research expertise. 

Kennedy joined NeuroStim in the spring of 2024 and served as a certified TMS Technician until the spring of 2025 when she was promoted to Clinic Coordinator of our busy Bellevue clinic. A dedicated professional with a passion for research and behavioral health, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from Utah State University.

Julia is our Lakewood Clinic Coordinator and is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim with prior TMS experience as a former TMS Specialist with Greenbrook TMS. She is certified and experienced with both NeuroStar and BrainsWay TMS devices. Julia earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

Brittany is our Bellingham Clinic Coordinator and is a certified TMS Technician. She has a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior along with a Minor in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton Florida. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she had previous experience working as a Clinical Researcher and as a Lead Neurotechnican delivering Neurofeedback Therapy and TMS in Florida.

Alyssa is our Vancouver Clinic Coordinator and is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim with over a decade of clinical experience as a CNA and a Licensed Esthetician. She has previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Administrative Coordinator. Alyssa has a mission to help her patients reach their goals. She holds an associate’s degree in Arts & Humanities from Santa Barbara City College.                                 

McKenzie is our Spokane Clinic Coordinator. She has excelled in various positions within NeuroStim, including the role of TMS Technician and Lead TMS Technician. Before joining NeuroStim she brought with her two years of experience in behavioral health and neurology. McKenzie’s positive attitude is infectious, and she leads with compassion and clinical excellence every day.

Adam is a certified TMS Technician, and has performed over 9,000 TMS treatments. He brings a wealth of specialized medical training to NeuroStim as a certified EMT. Prior to joining NeuroStim, he spent four years as a behavioral health professional in psych hospitals and DSHS in the South Sound area. Adam holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Washington and a Master’s from Pacific Lutheran University.

Seth is a certified TMS Technician. He joined our Eastern Washington team in July 2024 as a TMS Tech Float. He has over four years of prior medical experience including serving as a technologist assistant and as a patient care coordinator. He has a Bachelor’s in Psychology, with Minors in Biology and Chemistry from Seattle Pacific University and a Master’s in Research Psychology from SPU.

Brielle is a certified TMS Technician. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining NeuroStim, she served on staff at UVA as a group fitness instructor and was part of UVA’s Powerlifting Team, recently placing in the ‘Top 10’ at USAPL Collegiate Nationals.

Emily is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in the summer of 2024 to help launch our clinic in Vancouver, WA. She brings healthcare experience, sales, and service industry skills with her. She has held roles such as Intake Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, Lead Concierge, Marketing Coordinator and Life Enrichment Assistant with a respected assisted living brand.

Tikvah is a certified TMS Technician. Tikvah brings experience across multidisciplinary environments such as Radiology, ER, Hospital Admitting, and Patient Care Coordinator in the Physical Therapy space. Tikvah has an Associate of Arts from Pierce College in Puyallup Washington, along with a Certificate in Crime Analysis and Investigations from Pierce College.

Tori is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim the fall of 2024 as a seasoned medical professional with nearly a decade of experience. She holds an associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from Pima Medical Institute. Her prior work history includes working as a caregiver for children with disabilities, as a certified Respiratory Therapist, and as a certified Yoga instructor.

Rylee is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in the spring of 2025 with 5 years of prior experience in patient care and medical services. Her past positions include being an Emergency Medical Technician, IV Technician, Pharmacy Technician and Medical Assistant. Her undergrad education was at Clark Community College and at the University of Montana.

Sofia is a certified TMS Technician. She has a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology from Western Washington University. She was awarded the WUE Merit Scholarship for all four years in college and joined NeuroStim with previous TMS experience as a prior intern at WWU. She also obtained valuable experience in Neurosurgery during her intern experience at WWU.

Hannah is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in the summer of 2024 and currently works in our Spokane and Spokane Valley clinics. She brings direct patient care experience with her in previous roles as a Lead Technician and Phlebotomy Trainer. She is also a certified Sports Medicine online coach and enjoys photography and weight training in her off time.

Erika is a certified TMS Technician working in our Tri-Cities clinic. She joined NeuroStim in January of 2025 with 6 years of prior experience in the healthcare field. Her career started in home health care, followed by work as a Pharmacy Technician, and then as a Certified Medication Aide working for a large Assisted Living facility owned by Regency Pacific in Tri-Cities.

Ashley is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in the spring of 2025 with a background in academic research and hands-on experience in clinical psychology. Her experience in case management, patient treatment planning, and direct patient care make her a strong asset to Neurostim. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Arizona.

Grace is a certified TMS Technician. She joined NeuroStim in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Washington Tacoma. She has prior experience supporting students as a Quantitative Tutor for STEM subjects. She was formerly a CNA with Sacred Heart Medical Center and has additional experience as a Volunteer Research Assistant.

Kristina is a certified TMS Technician who works in our Arizona Clinics. She brings over a decade of experience in pharmacy operations, medical billing, insurance verification, and patient care. Her expertise in various aspects of healthcare, from billing and insurance follow-ups to pharmacy technician duties, is invaluable to our team.
